Field Notes

Description:

Fungi growing on the side of a fallen tree or log. About four inches in diameter, with leaves overlapping on the edge of the fungi. Reddish Orange in colour.

Habitat:

Rainforest at the back of my school in Singapore. Hot and humid. Spotted at around 12:45. The log is under shade with sunshine seeping through.
