Field Notes

Description:

This turtle has reddish markings on the sides of their head, just behind its eyes. Its shell shape is oval and its colors are mostly light brown with yellow and black stripes. The length is about 60 cm and width is about 40 cm. The face has lime, yellow, and black stripes. Its eyes' color are lime with black stripes.

Habitat:

It lives in the Swan Lake, Singapore Botanic Gardens. The water is not really clear, there are some dried leaves floating on. The weather is hot and mostly sunny.
