Description:

Plautia crossota (Dallas, 1951), called the Brown-winged Stink Bug, of family Pentatomidae (Leach, 1815). Spotted this 5th instar stink bug nymph on a pod of a Dwarf Poinciana plant, Caesalpinia pulcherrima.
