Description:

Family: Hesperiidae (Skippers) Subfamily: Herperiinae (Grass Skippers) A very common and cute dark brown, orange and yellow skipper butterfly. Wingspan 19-27 mm (.75 -1.06 inches). End of antennaes have tiny hooks/knobs. Very large eyes.

Habitat:

Meadow with abundant flowers and weeds.
