This is a really neat spotting and it's great to see more from NH. I went to high school in Lebanon and still have family there, so it's a special place for me. I've gone ahead and have moved your spider from Other to Arthropods.
Likely a hacklemesh weaver in the family Amaurobiidae I think it may fit in the genus Callobius, but from this image alone that's really indeterminable. http://bugguide.net/node/view/7018
