Field Notes
Description:
Oval shape. Dove-gray body. White and fuzzy head. Very interesting reproductive habits as I found out MUCH later.
Habitat:
Suntaley khola is a remote village in West Bengal, India with the River Moorti flowing by it. There is only one narrow motorable road that ends by the river. Lots of vegetation growing low. Lots of tall trees. Very biodiverse. Spotted in the resort we stayed at. The moths were everywhere ...we slept with cotton wool stuffed in our ears. This one is on the metal hinge of the door.I wish I had stayed awake and seen this: http://europepmc.org/abstract/med/3817109
