Description:

Tough, orange-red, stalkless cap with cinnabar-to orange-red pores. Image one is the underside. Image two is the top. Cap about 1-5 inches.

Habitat:

Year around. On dead deciduous wood. Especially cherry and oak.

Notes:

Nice color in the winter.
