That belly band across its chest is the trademark of a Red Tailed Hawk. The striped underpart of the tail indicates it is a juvenile. Common hawks, yet regal! Nice shot.

This is a Hawk, but not sure if it is a red-tailed, red-shouldered, broad-winged, or a Cooper's hawk.
