Field Notes
Description:
This dragonfly has a wingspan of about 7 cm. From head to abdomen, it is approximately 4 cm long. Its wings are translucent and reddish in color. Also the tips of the wings have small red markings. The entire head, thorax, and abdomen are all a vibrant red color, even its large round eyes. The only thing that wasn't red are its legs, which were black colored.
Habitat:
This dragonfly was living in a condo in Singapore. The climate there was quite sunny. It was perched on the tip of a long leaf and occasionally, it would fly off and rest on some other leaf. I spotted it at 4:47 PM.
