Description:

Small green caterpillars with white stripes that spilled out of a wasps nest. The wasp larva can be seen on the middle left hand side.

Habitat:

Found inside of a wasps nest

Larva in indicates that it might be a complete metamorphosis
Judging from the green wasp larva and the pieces of the nest I think I see, I say the wasp is a Potter or Mason Wasp in the subfamily Eumeninae see then here: http://bugguide.net/node/view/249/bgpage
The cats look to me like some kind of inch worm so that would mean they are in the Geometrid Moths family: http://bugguide.net/node/view/188/bgpage
