Field Notes

Description:

A large hawk, they have a brown back with a white belly. The head has dark stripes on it, and they have a large, yellow iris.

Habitat:

They are found on all continents except Antarctica, and are found near water. There were several seen on the beach eating fish they had just caught.

You think so? These guys were everywhere! Lots flying over the water, but also several perched on posts and just sitting on the beach or in a field.
