I made up the common name based on the Latin by the way :-)
My first instinct was an Ink Cap too, however I now suspect that these may be C. deliquescens instead. I'm not 100% but a spore print would settle it. Brown = Conocybe, Black = Ink Cap (Coprinellus or Coprinopsis species).
nice onre Myra. If you get a chance observe it for a two.The cap of this mushroom rolls up and is known as inky cap/looks like it is the season for these.
