Description:

Moon trefoil, a Greek native, spotted in the river park, Volos Greece. It is said that the species came in Greece during the Persian wars, in 499-449 BC, so it's called Midiki ("Μηδική" in Greek), from the Persians (Medes- Μήδοι).
Δενδρώδης Μηδική, στο παραποτάμιο πάρκο του Αναύρου, στο Βόλο. Κατά την παράδοση, το είδος εισήχθη στην Ελλάδα από τους Πέρσες (Μήδους) κατά τη διάρκεια των Περσικών πολέμων, εξ'ού και το όνομά του.
