Hi anne.roysland - this was seen at Mt. Guiting-Guiting, Sibuyan Island. It's probably not a common species or just found on that island, can't seems to find any similar pictures of it online for reference.

Beautiful bug. I have not seen this when I'm walking around in Cavite. Perhaps you only find it in part of Visayas?
