Field Notes

Description:

These mushrooms grew in a group. There are about 2 dozen mushrooms here. The fungus is a cream and white color. The top of the mushroom has a little brown/orange dot on it. They are growing on a decaying root. There was a white spider web thing under the mushroom and I have no clue what it was.

Habitat:

Found in the Singapore secondary rainforest growing on a decaying root with no sunlight.

Notes:

Maybe the white spider web thing is home to an insect that eats the fungi.

Species ID Suggestions
