Description:
Typically 12.5 to 14 cm, Carolina wrens are fairly large wrens. Their upper-parts are rufous brown, and their underparts a strong orange-buff, usually unmarked but faintly barred on the flanks in the southwest of the range. The head has a striking pure white supercilium (eyebrow) and a whitish throat.
Habitat:
Almost anywhere, neighborhoods, open fields, mixed-woods, streams, ponds, ect..
Notes:
Fishing at a secret spot behind Beck's Pond, I spotted this little guy through the bushes and waited until he stopped hopping around to get a good picture.
