Description:

Unlike the Western Terrestrial Garter Snake(Thamnophis elegans) the Santa Cruz Gartersnakes with a yellow line on their back have green covering their heads.

Thanks, its head is green just like some of the Santa Cruz Gartersnake unlike the Western Terrestrial Garter Snake.
