Or a Phyllomimus sp. This genus has records in Los Baños Laguna. However, the images I found are close but not exactly matching. Sample image: http://gaga.biodiv.tw/9507bx/861.htm Los Baños record: http://www.botanicus.org/primeocr/botanicus7/b1169273x/31753002580592/31753002580592_0616.txt For now, I'll suggest down to subfamily level only, and hope someone could confirm ID down to genus/species: Family Tettigoniidae Krauss, 1902 Subfamily Pseudophyllinae Burmeister, 1838
Looks like a Leaf-mimicking Katydid of genus Pseudophyllus, but I could not find an exact ID.
