Habitat:

Near ponds and quiet water, both permanent and temporary pools, etc.

Notes:

Beautiful dragonfly. I've seen it a couple of times at this park, but had only managed some blurry far away shots. These are much better. He was alone surrounded by many many Band-winged Dragonlet females.
