Description:

This observed frog also has some yellow underneath and was found in my backyard near our old pool.

I'm not sure what about this makes you think it is a wood frog. It has enlarged toe pads which is characteristic of the tree frog family, and it also lacks the dark mask across the eyes that a wood frog would have. You can also see the orange thighs which is diagnostic for the gray tree frog complex. Both species listed in the suggestion are in range and are visually indistinguishable from each other, so you cannot tell which one of the two it is
