Description:

It grows on a tree and I don't know what it is found them off of the Erie Canal it's a hard ball

Habitat:

Broken woodland near farmland and canal

The scientific name for Osage orange is Maclura pomifera. I think Jellis accidentally pasted the wrong thing in that field.
No sure what tree or plant makes those or what they exactly are
For sure I would not eat that looks similar to colliflower
Well I mostly mean I wouldn't eat it.
I wouldn't eat it. It's not poisonous but not really edible
