Description:

Has a tough, leathery fruiting body. It is commonly found on dead wood. Unlike other bracket fungi which have pores on the lower surface, this fungus has gills. It is a light brown caramel color and has an upside down cone look to it.

Habitat:

Hot and humid environment. Mainly found on dead wood.
