Thanks, ForestDragon! I will check it out! Unfortunately I don't have a closer picture, they were super skittish!
Though it is hard to tell from this image (you don't have anything closer do you?). It's possible that this is Podarcis muralis, European Wall Lizard. They are introduced and have established themselves in areas in Canada and in other places in North America.
