If antennas are longer it is Katydid Nymph stage.
Must be a Nymph of Green Grasshopper. Katydid nymphs also have longer antennas.

This is an early instar of a katydid, an arboreal, nocturnal type of grasshopper. The three longitudinal white stripes should make it easy to ID but I didn't find a match.
