Hi Sckel, try the Family Micropezidae for Brazil. I have a similar one for here in Mexico (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/2040126002/fullscreen). These are often called Gas Mask Flies. The Family Ulidiidae also has some with heads like these, but are much smaller flies with shorter legs.
