Mohammed, it's a beautiful shot but it's not a Pallid Harrier. These have 4 primaries (the so-called "fingers" at the end of the wing). This one has 5, so that also excludes the Montagu's Harrier (Circus pygargus). The only harriers having 5 fingers are the Marsh Harrier (C. aeruginosus) and the Hen/Northern Harrier (C. cyaneus). This clearly isn't a Marsh Harrier so we are left with the Hen Harrier. This one is a female, possibly an immature.

Hi Mohammad, this is a great shot! I am wondering (and I just learnt this myself) whether it might be a pallid harrier (Circus macrourus) female because of the collar around the neck?
