Orange/yellowish damselfly.

Habitat:

Spotted at the edge of a pond.

And the sign of a Bluet is the position of the wings. These sit too high to be one.
I believe this to be a female Rambur's forktail (Ischnura ramburii) . Due to the lack of dark stripes on the thorax and the green under the red of the eyes. And the enlarged appendage.
