Description:

The red-legged honeycreeper (Cyanerpes cyaneus) is a small songbird species in the tanager family.

The male is a brilliant blue with a turquoise head, black bill and eye mask, black wings, back, and tail, and the eponymous red legs; however

Habitat:

Lodge grounds, surrounded by primary humid tropical rainforest. Second photo shows it in it's habitat.
