Not that I know of, but I don't want to test to find out.
Is the poison weaker in winter for energy conservation?
Always a misconception when some think that only the leaves are poisonous. Even the berries, flowers, stems and branches are. Even in the winter when they are hard to see because of the lack of leaves.
