And I put Eric's name in the description because I saw him on PN at the time and was hoping he'd see my spotting. Turns out he was going through old spottings that needed ID and didn't see it. :-)
Thanks for the info, Dominik! I just looked and my other photo is almost identical to this one, so it will be of no assistance. I don't know why I didn't get more shots of this insect. I have a feeling it flew away.

If my suggestion is correct, than you have here quite a rare find! The one in the link is the only picture I found on the net!!
Aaron, please update the other one as well, the soft one. Maybe we can see the shape of the head a little bit better.
Please, Eric, take a look at this one. From one side quite a nice match (also same location), on the other side, such a rare find need definitely verification.
