Field Notes

Description:

The lime butterfly, hence its name feeds on citrus leaves during its caterpillar lifetime. It has white markings and a black margin when it turns into a butterfly.

Habitat:

Tropical regions of the world where citrus can grow and flourish. They can also be found in backyards if it contains any citrus plants.

Notes:

This is an update to the previous caterpillar. It succesfully pupated and made its chrysalis and currently undergoing metamorphosis.
