Description:

Ground loving fungus; We had the most rain we've ever had in the month of November and groups of these honeys were everywhere in almost every yard in the neighborhood; can grow really big in one day - fast grower; growing in the grass where underneath are the dead roots of a long gone Silver & Japanese Maples once stood; attached gills run down the stem some; stem tough and stringy
