Description:

Purple flower with multiple petals and skinny leaves. Has tiny hairs on the inner stem.

Habitat:

Found in South Carolina/ North Georgia in the Sumter National Forest.

Notes:

I've searched all the state websites for native and nonnative plants and cannot find what type of flower this is. Please help!
