Description:

Ptilostemon strictus is another thistle species of Greece, Italy, the former Yugoslavia and Albania, with very distinctive wavy leaves and small, rather inconspicuous flower heads.

Habitat:

It seems to prefer moist soil, and is usually found growing in forest edges in relatively high elevations.
