Description:

This little frog (toad?) was found on the ground, well camouflaged among the dry leaves. It was about 3 to 4 cm long. Several were found among the leaves on a sloped forest area above a small river.

Habitat:

Among dry leaves on the ground, Finca Argovia, Ruta de Café, near Nueva Alemania, 850 meters, about 2 hours NE of Tapachula, Chiapas.
