Description:

Quite a larger and cooler counterpart compared to their cute little cousins from peninsular India and Sri Lanka.

Habitat:

Rocky desert, Dry scrub, quite surprisingly near sandy deserts as well.

Notes:

this sub-species has a fairly large distribution extending from west India till Oman through the deserts ..
