Description:
The leaves of the curry tree are pinnate and are 2.3 cm long and 1.8 cm wide. The tree is less than one meter tall, but still seems to be growing. The leaves have a very strong aroma of curry however not a lot of insects were near the plant. No flowers were blooming at the time.
Habitat:
This curry tree was spotted in a shady area of a secondary rain forest of Singapore. Towering plants gave the plant a lot of shade however some sunlight could reach the plant. Nearby were lots of decaying matter. This plant was spotted at 2:39 pm.
Notes:
This seems to be a baby plant since fully grown trees are 4-6 meters tall.
