Flower Fly

It looks like a bee but I think it is a fly mimicking a bee.
Most flower flies are not considered pests. The species that resemble bees are not able to sting or bite, although sometimes they will land on humans to gather moisture in the form of sweat droplets.
Flower Flies are pollinators of major significance. In some agroecosystems, such as orchards, they out perform native bees in pollinating the fruits. Syrphine maggots are important predators of pests, such as aphids, scales, thrips, and catepillars, and are rivaled only by lady-bird beetles and lacewings as predators useful for biological control.
