Description:
No, this squirrel isn't a cannibal; it's grooming.
These squirrels are just about the only mammal I see everyday (aside from Homo sapiens) in my yard during Winter. They feed beneath the feeder, but never on the feeder. The birds tolerate them, and therefore, I do.
They're actually rather adorable.
