Description:

Common flowering bulb found in early spring. Native to western Europe; though commonly found in gardens or the wild in the US.
Long narrow grayish/green leaves, showy yellow flowers with a darker trumpet circling the pistol & staimins.

Habitat:

wide variaty of habitats including grasslands, woodlands, marshes and some rocky grounds.

Notes:

Also called March Lily
