Description:

This lovely female Ruby-throated Hummingbird is to 3.5 inches. She does not have the ruby throat like the male. Iridescent green head, body and wings with a white belly. Image 3 shows the tiny legs. She perches on the dead Maple Tree branch in between drinks of sugar. There are also plenty of flowers she drinks from too.

Habitat:

Around flowers and feeders.
