Is a Dacrymycetes.

Habitat:

On the floor on a piece of oak branch. Approximately 1000 meters above sea. It is growing up with a lichen called Physcia aipolia (left side)

Bonito spotting, Esther. Creo que es Tremella mesenterica. Dentro de los Dacrymycetes los mas comunes son los Dacrymyces, mucho mas pequeños (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/17618210) y las Caloceras, muy diferentes (http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/17157142 y http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/17158791)
