Fischer's lovebird

Small, short-tailed parrot; red bill which separated from forehead by a white line; Cheeks and throat are orange, merging to brownish yellow on crown; underparts are bright light green; upperparts (wings) are slightly dark green; Fleshy white ring around eye and blue rump.
