Description:
They are brown on their left side, and their right side looses its color. Flounders look normal when they are young, but as they grow older their right eye migrates to the left side of their body, and they then become "flat fish" and lay on the ocean floor on their sides.
Habitat:
Found in the gulf from Florida to Texas.
