Description:

A U.S. National Arboretum introduction prized for its compact habit, disease resistance and tremendous flower display. In full bloom, dormant limbs are completely covered with pinkish-mauve flowers, which are sterile and do not produce seedpods. Deciduous.

Habitat:

Water reclamation plant.
