Even though Laguna Bay is extremely polluted, they are still surviving in it. From what I hear is that they are pest in their talapia pens.

It's 100% aquatic, like a non venomous sea snake. While it's very common, not a lot of scientific research has been done. So in captivity they do not do as well as other snakes. Very unique and non aggressive snake and one of my favorites. Never would of dreamed of seeing them, until I got here.
