Description:

Another one of the red oaks, this is a pin oak in the college gardens here in Independence. Pin oaks are one of the most common landscaping oaks due to the its ease of cultivation. In the fall these guys turn a beautiful burning orange.

Habitat:

Found through the Eastern US.
