Description:

Fiddly head. Spirally curled head of the young fern. Edible.

Habitat:

Suntaley khola is a remote village in West Bengal, India with the River Moorti flowing by it. There is only one narrow motorable road that ends by the river. These fernheads are collected by local kids and sold to drivers who bring tourists there.
