Habitat:

spotted on underside of oak branch at conservation area

Species ID Suggestions

Josh, I've searched all manner of lichens but have not been able to find with this particular color or growth. But as I've done more reading about crust fungi, it seems that they grow on dead wood. This was on living branches. Any help with an ID would be greatly appreciated.
