Field Notes

Description:

Wingspan: aprox: 5-6 in.
Colors: browns mostly

Habitat:

Unknown the cocoon is more than likely in the feild area nearby

Notes:

~(Update June 4/17)~
I found the moth again and took a few more pictures i hop these are a bit clearer. I didnt want to get too close to it this time.
---------
This is the largest moth I've seen in real life. My father mistook it for a bird at a distance. While I was taking pictures this little buggy flew off it's perch on my neighbor's car tire and to my face , not gonna lie I squeaked in fear. I think I scared the poor moth more than it scared me. Sorry buggy
